• ☞ Select whether you want to show victim and complainant name on website or not.
• ☞ After successful submission, you will get a Complaint Number.
• ☞ Using this Complaint Number, you can track your complaint status.
• ☞ Mandatory fields marked with (*) are mandatory to be filled.
